How long until my order ships?

Each piece is printed after you order it. That takes 2 to 4 business days, then transit time depending on where you are and the shipping option you choose.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. For now we only ship within the US.

Can I return something if it doesn't fit?

Since everything is printed to order, returns are for defects and wrong items.

How should I wash it?

Turn it inside out, wash it cold, and hang dry or tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and keep the iron off the print.

Why does the print look cracked?

It's supposed to. The hairline cracking along the fold and wear lines is part of the print design, so every piece shows up already looking worn in.

Why doesn't my hoodie look exactly like the photo?

The hoodies are acid washed, so the fade and the shade of charcoal change from one to the next. No two alike.
